Meet Julie Gondek, LISW

Julie is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with over 10 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. She believes that everyone deserves happiness and fulfillment and is committed to walking alongside her clients as they heal, grow, and discover their strengths.

Whether you're facing life’s uncertainties, struggling to cope with difficulties, or seeking direction, Julie provides a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to help you move forward. She has extensive experience working with trauma survivors, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, childhood disorders, and personality disorders.

Julie’s therapeutic style is relaxed, compassionate, and understanding, fostering a space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. She is trained in a variety of evidence-based techniques, including:

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Meet Beth Hlas, t-LMFT

Beth is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mount Mercy University. She specializes in working with couples, individual adults, and children aged 8 and above, providing compassionate support through life’s challenges.

Beth’s clinical focus includes grief, family therapy, couples counseling at all stages, anxiety, and navigating life transitions. She utilizes a holistic and client-centered approach, drawing from Experiential Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Solution-Focused Therapy to create meaningful change.

In her practice, Beth integrates sand tray therapy, art therapy, and talk therapy, offering creative and effective ways to help clients rediscover their inner strength and build resilience. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to heal, grow, and move forward with confidence.

Meet Cat Gornet, t-LMFT

Cat believes that each of us has an innate ability to heal and restore ourselves through mindful awareness and present living. She provides a warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive space where clients can begin the journey toward peace of mind and joy in everyday life. When we achieve mental wellness, we feel more connected—to ourselves, our loved ones, and the world around us.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Cat is a dedicated couples counselor, enjoys working with families, and welcomes individual clients of all backgrounds and life experiences. She takes a down-to-earth, attentive, and friendly approach, offering practical guidance for a variety of mental health concerns.

Cat utilizes an integrated therapeutic approach tailored to each client’s unique needs, incorporating:

  • Systems Theory
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Mindfulness & Acceptance Therapy
  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Her goal is to help clients develop deeper connections, greater self-awareness, and lasting emotional well-being in a way that feels natural and achievable.

Meet Courtney Co, t-LMHC, CADC

Courtney is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (t-LMHC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) with over eight years of experience in substance use and mental health treatment. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Buena Vista University and has worked across varying levels of care, including residential treatment, community services, probation/parole, and juvenile justice services.

Through her diverse experience, Courtney has developed a comprehensive toolkit of therapeutic strategies that empower individuals and families to create meaningful, lasting change. She takes a client-centered, collaborative approach, ensuring that therapy revolves around YOU—your needs, goals, and personal growth.

Courtney integrates a variety of evidence-based methods, including:
